Privacy Policy — Noon Scout

Noon Scout (“the extension”) is a browser extension for Noon.com sellers,
provided by Noon Scout. This page explains what data the extension
and this website handle, and what they don’t.
WHAT STAYS ON YOUR OWN DEVICE
When you browse Noon.com with the extension installed, it reads the product
and search page content already visible in your browser to calculate an
opportunity score, sales estimate, and related figures. This calculation
happens entirely in your own browser. The results — along with your
watchlist, price history, saved product costs, and tracked keywords — are
stored locally on your device using your browser’s own storage. None of this
is uploaded to us or to any third party.
WHAT WE DO RECEIVE
When you sign up or log in on this website, we create a login token and hand
it to the extension. The extension sends this token back to our server
roughly once an hour, solely to check whether your free trial or
subscription is currently active. This exchange does not include anything
about what you searched, browsed, or viewed on Noon.com.
If you subscribe, payment is processed entirely by Stripe on their own
checkout page. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active, and
basic account details (your email address) — we never receive or store your
full card number.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
We do not track your browsing activity outside of Noon.com. We do not use
the content the extension reads from Noon.com pages for any purpose beyond
computing the scores and estimates shown to you, in your own browser.
YOUR ACCOUNT DATA
Your account (email address, and — if you subscribe — your subscription
status) is stored on our website, hosted at Hostinger. You can view and manage this at any time from your account page,
including updating your billing details or canceling your subscription. You
can request deletion of your account by contacting Help@noonscout.com.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE
- Stripe, for payment processing. See Stripe’s own privacy policy at
stripe.com/privacy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If how we handle data changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page
and note the new date at the top.
